Mechanical infrastructure

Based on customer needs, we built new buildings, automated production lines, and upgraded lifting cages and other infrastructure equipment.

Water dispenser detection system

The system detects and outputs the rated power supply to the tested outdoor and indoor standard units. Depending on the model, the program controls the operation of the outdoor unit by outputting signals to the compressor, four-way valve, fan, etc., through control points.

Helium leak detection system

Real-time flow rate of each flow meter is monitored by the host computer software to prevent the evaporator from not being filled with helium. In case of abnormality, the corresponding helium filling pipeline should have a clear distinction mark for easy targeted judgment. At the same time, an alarm signal is output, and a three-color light alarm prompt is given.

Vacuum detection system

The system consists of a vacuum pump, an industrial control screen, and a host computer. Communication between the entire machine and the vacuum pump is established via laser scanning, automatically starting the vacuum system (parameters can be set by the user), with the process and data displayed on the interface.

External unit detection system

This test system device mainly provides refined solutions for the production of external electronic control boards, covering product quality, operating status, performance parameters, data storage, and information management.

Internal machine detection system

This test system device provides a refined solution for the production of internal electronic control boards, addressing product quality, operating status, performance parameters, data storage, and information management.

Load cabinet

This load cabinet is equipped with mechanical action testing equipment, such as plug and socket life testers and switch life testers, to conduct continuity tests, breaking capacity tests, and normal operation tests.

Air flow test of bladeless fans

Based on IEC 60879:2019 Comfort fans and regulators for household and similar purposes - Methods for measuring performance standard, the design of airflow testing methods for comfort fans is applicable to airflow testing of bladeless fans, tower fans, and other comfort fans.

Air flow test of ceiling fans

This device complies with the requirements of GB/T 13380-2018 "Alternating current electric fans and regulators" and its latest revision information, and also meets the requirements of IEC 60879 2019 Performance and construction of electric circulating fans and regulators. It meets the requirements for ceiling fan testing.

Water heater performance laboratory

Based on the testing methods stipulated in the energy efficiency standard for storage-type electric water heaters, GB21519-2008, this testing laboratory can test the following specific indicators for storage-type electric water heaters: rated capacity, 24h inherent energy consumption, 24h inherent energy consumption coefficient, and hot water output rate. During testing, the system can automatically determine the start and end conditions, automatically collect data, plot test curves, and calculate results based on the test data, achieving automated testing of energy efficiency indicators for storage-type electric water heaters.

Dishwasher Performance Lab

Test the energy consumption and other performance aspects of the dishwasher under relevant standards, and meet the testing requirements for dishwasher detection and certification.

Washing Machine Performance Test Chamber

The washing machine performance testing laboratory provides a stable temperature and humidity environment for washing machine performance testing through the insulation chamber and the accompanying air handling unit. Using a constant temperature water system and related measurement and control systems, it tests the energy consumption and other performance of washing machines under relevant standards, and meets the testing needs of relevant washing machine inspections and certifications.

Range hood volumetric airfow testing device

The device uses a type A test device that determines flow rate using multiple nozzles in a wind chamber. The appropriate nozzle can be selected based on the measured flow rate, so a single device can measure a wide range of flow rates.

Range hood odor reduction test device (range hood + integrated stove)

This device is suitable for testing the odor reduction performance of range hoods and integrated stoves, in accordance with the requirements of Appendix D of GB/T 17713-2022.
