Device Introduction:
This device is based on GB/T 13380-2018 "Alternating Current Electric Fans and Regulators" and its new revision information, and also meets the requirements of IEC 60879 2019 Performance and construction of electric circulating fans and regulators. It meets the testing requirements for ceiling fans.
This test device consists of an electric fan lifting mechanism, a wind speed measurement mechanism, an environmental measurement device, a fan centering mechanism, and a data sampling and processing system. The main control instruments are imported products (anemometer is German testo anemometer; electrical parameters are Yokogawa WT310 from Japan; temperature and humidity are Vaisala HMD60Y from Finland). The PLC+computer human-machine interface is easy to operate. The rated air volume, input power, current, and usage value of the electric fan are tested using the anemometer measurement method. During the test, the anemometer impeller is accurately positioned by the automatic walking mechanism, and can automatically run to the specified points according to the standard requirements. The computer automatically collects power value, current value, and wind speed value, automatically calculates the average wind speed, air volume, air delivery cone angle and energy efficiency value, completes data processing, and prints out the test report.
