Vacuum detection system
The system consists of a vacuum pump, an industrial control screen, and a host computer. Communication between the entire machine and the vacuum pump is established via laser scanning, automatically starting the vacuum system (parameters can be set by the user), with the process and data displayed on the interface.

Technical Parameters
1. The system consists of a vacuum pump, an industrial control screen, and a host computer. Communication between the entire machine and the vacuum pump is established through laser scanning, automatically starting the vacuum system (parameters can be set independently), and the process and data are displayed on the interface.
2. The computer monitoring interface can simultaneously reflect the key information of multiple pump units in operation, including: unit code, running time, and vacuum change curve.
3. The control system can set four parameters: T1, T2, P1, and P2. P1 and P2 use real-time pressure collected by a vacuum gauge, while T1 and T2 are the vacuuming time settings.
4. The system can achieve wireless car transmission, establishing a connection between the entire machine and the pump unit, and saving this connection and related data and judgment results to the host computer for query and printing.
Vacuum pressure detection range: 5-120Pa (adjustable). If the pressure does not reach 100Pa after 1 minute of vacuuming, a failure alarm will be given; after secondary vacuuming, pressure holding detection: After vacuuming, close the vacuum solenoid valve and perform air conditioning pressure holding detection. The pressure holding time is 10 seconds (0-20 seconds adjustable), then enter vacuum detection;
Pressure holding pressure range: 20-250Pa. After 10 seconds of pressure holding, the system automatically judges. If the pressure is below 250Pa, it is qualified and displays an OK audio-visual prompt. If it is unqualified, an audio-visual alarm will be triggered;
During pressure holding: The system has a function to detect the airtightness of the vacuum solenoid valve, that is, when the vacuum solenoid valve is closed for pressure holding, the system samples the current vacuum degree. If the vacuum pressure continues to decrease or does not rise (higher than or equal to the sampled value) during the pressure holding process, it is determined that the solenoid valve has a leak, and the system triggers an audio-visual alarm for the solenoid valve;
