Device Overview:
The FL-2 type fan performance testing device conforms to standards such as GB/T17713-2022 and IEC61591-2023, and has the following performance and characteristics.
1. The device uses a Type A test device that determines flow rate using multiple nozzles in a wind tunnel. Corresponding nozzles can be selected based on the measured flow rate, thus allowing a wide flow rate measurement range with a single device.
2. An auxiliary fan and adjustable damper are configured, allowing the measurement of the full-range performance curve where flow rate and static pressure are zero.
3. The equipment uses a fully automatic testing method. Operators only need to install the sample and set the test parameters; the testing process is then automatically completed.
4. The system automatically adjusts the nozzle combination based on the test parameters during the testing process, ensuring the rationality of the nozzle combination and avoiding situations of excessively low/high differential pressure, thus significantly improving the testing accuracy and repeatability. Nozzle selection and switching are automatically completed by the testing system without manual intervention.
5. The automatic testing process can perform fully automatic testing in two ways: flow rate from large to small and from small to large.
6. Manual Testing: The target flow rate or static pressure is directly input, and the system automatically adjusts to the target operating condition. Manual testing can be performed independently or after automatic testing. Manual testing results can replace automatic testing data and can be directly used in flow rate curve plotting and characteristic value calculation.
7. Automatic testing data ensures that the air velocity through the nozzle is less than 0.1 Mach and within the range of 15~35 m/s, thereby reducing system errors.
8. After the test is completed, the computer system automatically calculates, outputs data, and displays the test results graphically. The human-computer dialogue operation is simple, accurate, time-saving, and labor-saving.
9. Test items: flow rate, static pressure, wind pressure, total pressure efficiency at the specified flow rate and maximum total pressure efficiency, current, power, etc. Automatically fits the working flow rate value, draws the P-Q curve and resistance curve, and indicates the “working flow rate” operating point.
10. Test data is automatically saved to the database, and data can be queried by time, tester, maximum flow rate, maximum static pressure, etc., using one or more query conditions. A report and curve can be generated separately for each test result.
