  Device Overview:

  Based on IEC 60879:2019 Comfort fans and regulators for household and similar purposes - Methods for measuring performance standard regarding the airflow testing method design for comfort fans, applicable to airflow testing of bladeless fans, tower fans, and other comfort fans. The device uses a precision screw-driven slide mechanism to drive multiple impeller anemometers to move along the X and Y directions. It is used to measure the wind speed in various areas within a specified plane. The device uses PLC and host computer control, featuring simple testing and high accuracy. This device is configured with 15 sets of impeller anemometers, greatly improving testing efficiency. This airflow testing device includes a set of high-precision positioning walking mechanism and multiple sets of impeller anemometers. In the plane at a specified distance in front of the bladeless fan, the plane is virtually divided into multiple 40mm*40mm square sections. The walking mechanism controls the anemometer to measure all square sections with wind speed greater than 24m/min. It then counts the number of sections with wind speed greater than 24m/min and the corresponding wind speed values of these sections. The airflow of each section is obtained by multiplying the section wind speed value by the section area. Finally, the total airflow of the bladeless fan is obtained by summing the airflow of all sections with wind speed greater than 24m/min.
