Device Introduction:
This device is based on GB/T 13380-2018 "Alternating Current Electric Fans and Regulators" and its relevant new revision information, and also meets the requirements of the IEC60879 standard. It is suitable for airflow tests of table fans, wall fans, table/floor fans, floor fans, ceiling fans, and oscillating fans.
This test device consists of an electric fan lifting platform, an airspeed measurement mechanism, an environmental measurement device, a fan centering mechanism, and a data sampling and processing system. The main control instruments use imported products (anemometer is the German testo brand; electrical parameters are Yokogawa WT310 from Japan; temperature and humidity are Vaisala HMD60Y from Finland). The PLC+computer human-machine interface is easy to operate. It uses an anemometer measurement method to complete the test of the rated air volume, input power, current, and usage value of the electric fan. During the test, the anemometer impeller is accurately positioned by an automatic walking mechanism, which can automatically run to the specified position according to the standard requirements. The computer automatically collects power value, current value, and airspeed value, automatically calculates the average airspeed, air volume, air delivery cone angle, and energy efficiency value, completes data processing, and prints the test report.
