Following the overall deployment of the State Council and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council on the corporate reform of central enterprises, and in accordance with the requirements of documents such as Guo Ban Fa (2017) No. 69 and Guo Zi Ting Gai Ge (2017) No. 544, Wuhan Electric Apparatus Research Institute completed its corporate reform and changed its registration to "Wuhan ElectricApparatus Research Institute co.,Ltd" on December 21, 2017, as approved by the Wuhan Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce. The business of the original "Wuhan Electric Apparatus Research Institute" will be inherited and operated by "Wuhan ElectricApparatus Research Institute co.,Ltd". After the corporate transformation, the business entity and legal relationship remain unchanged. Previously signed contracts remain valid, and existing business relationships and service commitments remain unchanged.
In accordance with the overall deployment of the State Council and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council on the corporate restructuring of central enterprises, and the requirements of documents such as No. 69 [2017] of the General Office of the State Council and No. 544 [2017] of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and with the approval of the Wuhan Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce, "Wuhan Electric Apparatus Research Institute" completed its corporate restructuring on December 21, 2017, and was registered as "Wuhan Electric Apparatus Research Institute co., Ltd." At that time, the business of the original "Wuhan Electric Apparatus Research Institute" will be inherited and operated by "Wuhan Electric Apparatus Research Institute co., Ltd." After the conversion to a company system, the business entity and legal relationship remain unchanged, and the original contracts remain valid. The original business relationships and service commitments remain unchanged.
