  Device Introduction:

  This device is designed in accordance with GB/T 17713-2022 "Range hoods and other cooking fume exhaust devices" and IEC61591:2019 "Cooking fume extractors - Methods for measuring performance", and is suitable for testing the oil separation performance of range hoods and integrated stoves.

  Oil separation efficiency is the ratio of the amount of oil separated by the range hood or integrated stove to the amount of oil contained in the cooking fume. The test device simulates a kitchen environment and consists of a main chamber, a dripping system, a temperature control system, an independent filter, and an auxiliary fan. The main chamber consists of three parts: an oil fume generation chamber, a top equalization chamber, and a left equalization chamber. The top equalization chamber is sealed to the top of the oil fume generation chamber, and the left equalization chamber is sealed to the left side of the oil fume generation chamber. The main chamber is made of all stainless steel, with a beautiful and generous appearance and a reasonable internal layout. The main control instruments and valves are imported products. The PLC+touch screen human-machine interface is easy to operate, with full touch control. It can automatically set the test conditions, and the test process is automatically controlled by the PLC. The test results can be calculated based on the test data.
