Detailed description

  The FL-2 type fan and other performance testing devices comply with standards such as GB/T17713-2022 and have the following performance and characteristics.

  1. The device uses a type A test device that determines the flow rate with multiple nozzles in the wind chamber. The appropriate nozzle can be selected according to the measured flow rate, so one device can measure a wide range of flow rates.

  2. An auxiliary fan and adjustable damper are configured, so the full-range performance curve with zero flow rate and zero static pressure can be measured.

  3. The equipment adopts a fully automatic testing method. The operator only needs to install the sample and set the test parameters, and the testing process can be automatically completed.

  4. The system automatically adjusts the nozzle combination according to the test parameters during the test process to ensure the rationality of the nozzle combination and avoid the situation of too low/too high differential pressure, thereby greatly improving the testing accuracy and repeatability of the system. Nozzle selection and switching are automatically completed by the test system without manual intervention.

  5. The automatic test process can realize fully automatic testing in two ways: from large to small and from small to large air volume.

  6. Manual test: Directly input the target air volume or static pressure, and the system automatically adjusts to the target operating condition. The manual test can be performed separately or after the automatic test. The manual test results can replace the automatic test data and can directly participate in the drawing of the air volume curve and the calculation of characteristic values.

  7. The automatic test data can ensure that the air velocity through the nozzle is less than 0.1 Mach and can be controlled within the range of 15~35 m/s to reduce system errors.

  8. After the test is completed, the computer system automatically calculates, outputs data, and displays the test results graphically. The human-computer dialogue operation is simple, accurate, time-saving, and labor-saving.

  9. Test items: air volume, static pressure, wind pressure, full pressure efficiency and relatively large full pressure efficiency under specified air volume, current, power, etc. Automatically fit the working air volume value, draw the P-Q curve and resistance curve, and mark the operating point of the “working air volume”.

  10. The test data is automatically saved to the database, and the data can be queried according to time, tester, maximum air volume, maximum static pressure, etc., one or more query conditions, and a report and curve can be generated separately for each test result.
