The laboratory adopts a partitioned design, divided into sample storage area, performance testing area, water system preparation area, environmental simulation area, electrical safety testing area, and data analysis area.

I. Scientific Planning of Laboratory Layout

The laboratory adopts a partitioned planning design, divided into sample storage area, performance testing area, water system preparation area, environmental simulation area, electrical safety testing area, and data analysis area.

II. Core Testing Items

Covers core testing items such as cleaning performance, power and water consumption, noise and vibration, electrical safety, durability, and environmental adaptability. Based on domestic and international standards such as GB/T 4288 and IEC 60456, relevant testing content is flexibly supplemented to ensure authoritative and comparable test results.

III. Reasonable Configuration of Instruments and Equipment

Equipped with key equipment such as reference machines, analytical titrators, cleaning performance testers, energy consumption testers, noise analyzers, vibration testing systems, comprehensive electrical safety testers, and environmental test chambers.

IV. Personnel Training

Testing engineers familiar with testing standards and instrument operation, quality supervisors responsible for process compliance audits, and equipment administrators responsible for managing equipment maintenance and calibration records.

V. Adherence to Testing Standards

National standards such as GB/T 4288, GB 4706.24, and international standards such as IEC 60456, IEC 60335-2-7 are used as the basis for design testing.
